Dana S. Montone has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of law, representing both individuals and businesses.
Ms. Montone graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 1997, where she was a member of the esteemed Rutgers Law Review. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992, where she earned a degree in Business Management.
Ms. Montone is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice before several United States District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Montone is a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association. She lives in Rye Brook, New York with her husband and two sons, and is active in her community. Ms. Montone acted as legal advisor to the Blind Brook School District PTA.
